Movement Labs Cuts Ties with Co-Founder Amid MOVE Token Controversy

Movement Labs has severed all connections with co-founder Rushi Manche following revelations of undisclosed MOVE token deals. The termination, announced via the company’s X account, comes in response to a CoinDesk report exposing secret agreements between Movement-linked entities and market makers during the token launch.

Shadow advisors, hidden payment flows, and undisclosed token allocations marred MOVE’s debut. Manche was directly implicated in these arrangements, prompting immediate action from the project’s development firm. Movement Labs has not yet announced a replacement or detailed plans for governance restructuring.
